Hip Hop

hip hop students at Bravo! The Centre for Dance

This urban style of dance is rooted in hip hop culture that originated on the streets of America. Its evolution over the past 30 years branched into many styles: house, popping, locking, street funk, and wacking to name a few.

At Bravo! The Centre for Dance, students will be taught street style grooves and choreo by Katherine (Kat) Ye. Students get a complete warm up and training for upper body and core strength and flexibility. Some students will be invited to join our competitive team.

Be current, high energy, FIERCE!
